What we collect

We collect the details you enter to create a card (recipient name, interests, your message), your email for receipts and delivery, shipping or pickup details, and any photo you choose to upload. We also collect basic usage analytics to improve the product.

Photos

If you upload a photo to create a likeness, we use it only to generate your card art. Photos are stored securely and deleted after your order is fulfilled. We do not use them to train models. See our Photo Consent terms.

How we use it

To generate your cards, process orders, fulfill delivery through our print and shipping partners, send receipts and order updates, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share what is necessary with providers that power the product, including AI model providers, payment processing, print and mail partners, and analytics. They process data on our behalf.
